Ochre Australia Pty Ltd in Blackwater, QLD is seeking a Multi-Skilled Operator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will operate a range of plant machinery safely and efficiently on-site, performing inspections and routine maintenance as required.

Ideal candidates will have experience with excavator, grader and loader, current licences, strong safety awareness, and the ability to read plans and manuals. GPS-guided equipment is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience operating excavator, grader and loader.
• Current licences for the above equipment.
• Ability to operate multiple plant types safely and competently.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance.
• Ability to read site plans, drawings and manuals.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with specifications and safety requirements.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and maintenance checks.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as greasing and oil changes.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth site operations.
• Maintain detailed records of equipment usage and maintenance.
