Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services – Rockhampton is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators for a major coal mining operation in the Blackwater region. You will operate Mechanical and Electric Haul Trucks, Dozers and other mining equipment within a busy production environment, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently while following site procedures.

Join a high-performing team on a family-friendly 7/7 roster with rotating day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating Haul Trucks and Dozers within a mining production environment.
• Experience operating both Mechanical and Electric Haul Trucks.
• Experience on additional mining equipment will be highly regarded.
• Understanding of the Coal Mining Safety & Health Act and relevant regulations.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork.
• Current Standard 11 Mine Induction (Surface).
• Current Queensland Driver's Licence.
• Current Queensland Coal Board Medical.

Join a Leading Mining Operation

We are currently seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join a major coal mining operation in the Blackwater region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established site, work alongside an experienced team and secure ongoing work on a family-friendly 7/7 roster.

About the Role

You will be operating Mechanical and Electric Haul Trucks, Dozers and other mining equipment within a busy production environment, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with site procedures.

Working as part of a high-performing team, you will contribute to production targets while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Roster: 7 on / 7 off - rotating day and night shifts

Hours: Wednesday to Monday (12.5-hour shifts) + Tuesday (9-hour shift)

Required Experience

• Proven experience operating Haul Trucks and Dozers within a mining production environment


• Experience operating both Mechanical and Electric Haul Trucks


• Experience on additional mining equipment will be highly regarded


• Understanding of the Coal Mining Safety & Health Act and relevant regulations


• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork


• Current Standard 11 Mine Induction (Surface)
