Job summary

Dawson Mine, operated by Anglo American, is located in Moura, QLD. We are seeking Multi-Skilled Operators with shovel/excavator and truck skills to join our mining production teams.

You will work safely, take accountability, and contribute to team objectives while on a 7 on/7 off roster (day & night shifts). Based at Dawson Mine, successful candidates will join a supportive team with training, upskilling, and career progression opportunities under the Dawson Collective Enterprise Agreement 2024.

Qualifications

• Experience in large open-cut mining operations
• Excavator/Shovel and Truck experience mandatory
• Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence
• Experience with safety management systems and safe work practices

Responsibilities

• Operate excavator/shovel and truck safely and efficiently
• Maintain safety standards and contribute to team objectives
• Be adaptable to 7 on, 7 off rosters and night/day shifts
