Job summary

Dawson Mine in Moura, QLD, is seeking multiple experienced Multi-Skilled Operators with shovel or excavator and truck skillsets to join our mining production teams. You will demonstrate a safety record, accountability for output, and a willingness to learn, with a 7 on, 7 off roster and company-funded camp accommodation.

Successful applicants will be based at Dawson Mine and employed under the Dawson Collective Enterprise Agreement 2024.

Qualifications

• Experience in large open-cut mining operations.
• Ability to work shift rosters and in a team.
• Commitment to safety and output targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate shovel/excavator and trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain safety standards and follow operating procedures.
• Participate in training and collaborative teamwork.
