City Facilities Management Ltd. in Perth, WA, is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to join our high-performing team based at Kewdale.

This permanent full-time role delivers maintenance across Coles Distribution Centres, ensuring facilities are safe, functional and operating at their best. You’ll perform a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks, supported by robust systems and contractors, with a focus on preventative maintenance and continuous improvement to sustain assets

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, construction, or metal trades.
• Strong understanding of building fabric repairs.
• Ability to perform a wide range of hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Experience in large-scale industrial or distribution environments.
• Knowledge of safety practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Delivery – Perform general building repairs and maintenance to ensure facilities operate safely and effectively
• Preventative Maintenance – Execute planned maintenance activities to minimise downtime and extend asset life
• Facilities Support – Respond to maintenance requests and ensure all work is completed to scope and quality
• Multi-Skilled Works – Undertake a variety of trade-related tasks across building fabric and associated disciplines
• Contractor Coordination – Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to support maintenance delivery
• Safety & Compliance – Identify risks, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a safe working environment
• Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with Distribution Centre teams and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes
