Job summary

J & J Marz Consulting Pty Ltd T/A Managed IT Group in Melbourne seeks an experienced network/infrastructure engineer to support multi-environment IT infrastructure, focusing on reliability, security, and hands-on problem solving across network, servers, cloud and endpoints.

The role involves delivery of upgrades, migrations and incident resolution in collaboration with customers and partners, working in a dynamic, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in network engineering, systems engineering, infrastructure engineering or closely related position.
• Master’s degree in network security, cybersecurity, information technology or related discipline.
• Experience with Microsoft-based systems and identity services; able to investigate problems and deliver practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering-level support across customer network, server, cloud and endpoint environments.
• Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure incidents and recurring issues.
• Build, configure and maintain enterprise network infrastructure and services.
• Assist with upgrades, migrations and new deployments.
• Maintain connectivity across office, remote and multi-site environments.
• Monitor and respond to alerts, performance issues and security events.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners for specialized support.
