Job summary

Michael Page are partnering with a Melbourne-based not-for-profit organisation to recruit a Network Engineer for a major network refresh across 100+ sites. You will provide day-to-day network infrastructure support across multiple sites and troubleshoot incidents and performance issues.

The role requires 3–4 years in a multi-site environment, strong Cisco Meraki and Palo Alto experience, Azure networking exposure, LAN/WAN knowledge, SD-WAN concepts and CCNA certification.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' experience in a Network Engineer role in a multi-site environment.
• Strong experience with Cisco Meraki networking solutions and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure networking services, including virtual networks and VPNs.
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, routing and switching, security, and SD-WAN concepts.
• Experience supporting multi-site environments and FTTP/FTTN/FTTC technologies.
• CCNA certification is mandatory.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for network infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, service requests and performance issues.
• Support and administer Cisco Meraki and Palo Alto network environments.
• Manage LAN, WAN and internet connectivity services.
• Deliver network refresh and upgrade projects.
• Configure, monitor and maintain Azure networking components.
• Support FTTP and FTTC/FTTN broadband connectivity solutions.
• Work closely with infrastructure, cloud and security teams.
• Maintain network documentation and technical standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network performance and reliability.
