Job summary

Civeo Australia is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead operational delivery of FM services across a hub of villages in Queensland. You will ensure safe, efficient maintenance operations, manage staffing, budgets and contractor performance while upholding Civeo FM standards.

The role requires an Electrical Trade Qualification or licence, 3–5 years multi-site management experience and a strong focus on safety, asset management and compliance.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification or current electrical licence.
• Experience managing electrical infrastructure and maintenance teams.
• 3–5 years multi-site management experience.
• Maintenance management experience in accommodation or facilities.
• Proven leadership, budgeting and contractor management skills.
• Strong asset management and safety compliance knowledge.
• Understanding of WHS and compliance frameworks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial and operational acumen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing structures and rosters across villages.
• Lead and coach functional leads.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Drive performance via KPIs aligned to objectives.
• Maintain client relationships and meet SLAs.
• Oversee SOPs, ISO/HSEQ compliance and asset maintenance.
• Support hub budgeting and monitor EBITDA contribution.
• Drive cost efficiency.
