Job summary

Civeo Australia is seeking an experienced facilities management leader to oversee the operational delivery of FM services across multiple villages. You will ensure safe, efficient maintenance aligned with Civeo FM standards, with responsibilities spanning staffing, contractor management, and cost control.

The role requires leadership, budgeting and strong compliance knowledge, and offers permanent, full-time employment with on-site accommodation and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification or current electrical licence, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing electrical infrastructure and maintenance teams.
• Familiarity with Test & Tag and statutory compliance programs.
• Proven leadership, planning and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing structures and rosters across all villages.
• Lead and coach functional leads; drive performance via KPIs.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure SLA delivery.
• Implement SOPs and ensure HSEQ and ISO compliance.
• Monitor hub budgeting; drive EBITDA and cost efficiency.
