Job summary

Civeo Australia, a division of Civeo Corporation, seeks a Facilities Manager to deliver FM services across a hub of villages. You will lead staffing, contractor management, and asset maintenance, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to Civeo FM standards.

You will manage budgets, monitor performance, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining strong client relationships and meeting SLAs across multiple sites in Australia.

Qualifications

  • Electrical qualification and/or current electrical licence.
  • Experience managing electrical infrastructure.
  • 3-5 years multi-site management experience.
  • Maintenance management experience in accommodation or facilities.
  • Proven leadership, planning, budgeting, and contractor management skills.
  • Strong understanding of asset management principles and safety compliance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Financial and operational acumen.
  • Understanding of WHS and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
People
  • Ensure appropriate staffing structures and rosters across all villages.
  • Lead and coach functional leads.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of staff.
  • Drive performance through KPIs aligned to Civeo objectives.
Customers
  • Maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure service delivery meets SLAs.

About You
  • An Electrical Trade Qualification and/or current electrical licence, or equivalent past electrical experience.
  • Experience managing electrical infrastructure, statutory compliance programs such as Test & Tag, and electrical maintenance teams.
  • 3-5 years multi-site management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance management within accommodation, facilities management, or similar environment.
  • Proven leadership, planning, budgeting, and contractor management skills.
  • Strong understanding of asset management principles and safety compliance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Financial and operational acumen.
  • Understanding of WHS and compliance frameworks.
