Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to service in-house building and shopfitting works across our Eastern Suburbs and Northern Sydney stores. You’ll travel between sites, perform routine maintenance, and ensure WHS compliance while minimizing disruption to customers.

The role is full-time and permanent, with a flexible schedule 6am–6pm, and includes a fully-serviced company vehicle and equipment allowance as part of our commitment to reliable store upkeep.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience in a customer-focused, multi-site operation.
• Ability to work unsupervised and in a team.
• Experience completing end-to-end work orders.
• Strong customer service and outcomes focus.
• Qualified trades certificate or equivalent; valid driver's license.
• Commitment to safety and WHS policies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out in-house non-urgent building and shopfitting maintenance logged by stores.
• Perform general handyperson maintenance across ~50 sites.
• Travel frequently to sites by road.
• Conduct routine checks and audits.
• Follow Work, Health & Safety regulations with minimal disruption.
