Job summary

Avia Homes Australia in Queensland is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee a fast-paced portfolio from Morayfield to Caboolture. You’ll manage multiple sites, keep tight schedules, and ensure quality and safety on every project.

The ideal candidate has solid volume-building experience, QBCC Site Supervisor licence, White Card, a strong local trade network, and proficiency with scheduling tools like Evolve. You’ll lead crews, coordinate trades and report progress clearly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising a high-volume construction portfolio.
• QBCC Site Supervisor licence and White Card.
• Strong local trades network and supplier relationships.
• Proficient with construction scheduling tools (e.g., Evolve).
• Solid knowledge of building codes and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership to motivate crews.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple sites and maintain tight schedules.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and deliveries to keep projects on track.
• Monitor safety and quality daily.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Provide clear progress reporting to stakeholders.
