Job summary

Plantation Homes is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee multiple new home builds in Queensland. You will manage scheduling, coordinate trades, and ensure projects stay on track in a fast-paced environment.

You bring a solid carpentry background with a Cert IV in Building & Construction and a valid QLD Site Supervisor's license, plus a current, clean driver’s license. You’ll collaborate with suppliers and use modern project management tools to maintain safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising multiple new home builds/sites.
• Solid trade background, preferably Carpentry.
• Cert IV in Building & Construction and a QLD Site Supervisor's license.
• Current, clean driver’s license.
• Safety champion ensuring a safe worksite for all employees and subcontractors.
• Strong communicator with stakeholders including team, customers, and trades.
