Job summary

Coles Group Pty Ltd in Victoria and Tasmania seeks a State Asset & Maintenance Manager to own facilities, asset management and maintenance across our store network. You will collaborate with operations, state leads, technicians and facilities partners to keep stores safe, compliant and operating reliably.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset lifecycle planning, renewal forecasting and end-of-life strategies.
• Proven leadership of multi-site maintenance across large portfolios and vendor networks.
• Strong budget control and collaboration with Finance, Procurement and Property.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across Victoria and Tasmania.
• Partner with operational and State leads to resolve maintenance priorities.
• Manage facilities service providers, technicians, subcontractors and suppliers against SLAs.
• Visit stores, review asset performance and identify durability improvements.
• Coordinate critical incidents and escalations.
• Participate in new store handovers and transformational renewals with key stakeholders.
• Work with Finance, Procurement and Property on budgets, contracts and asset planning.
