Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Area Manager to lead five seasonal swimming pools across South Australia on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will coach Venue Managers, drive high standards of customer service, and ensure safe, quality operations during the seasonal period.

You will bring proven leadership, strong coaching skills, and the ability to manage budgets while building relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience across multi-site venues.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive performance.
• Willingness to travel between multiple seasonal venues as required.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership, coaching and support to five Venue Managers
• Supporting Venue Managers to achieve operational KPIs and business goals
• Driving consistent standards of customer service and operational delivery
• Developing and supporting staff through coaching and training
• Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Identifying and addressing performance gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Supporting business growth, sales and profitability across the region
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation
• Promoting a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
• Using performance data and insights to drive continuous improvement
