Job summary

HR Staff n' Stuff is seeking a hands‑on manufacturing leader to oversee the operations of our client's facility, ensuring safe, efficient production across multiple shifts. You will report to the Operations Manager and guide Production Planners, Shift Supervisors and Maintenance Supervisor to deliver the approved schedule.

Key focus areas include driving OEE improvements, coordinating maintenance activities, and collaborating with Supply Chain, Quality and Technical teams to meet customer

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a multi‑shift manufacturing environment.
• Strong production planning, scheduling and labour management skills.
• Experience coordinating maintenance and driving equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
• Own and manage the production schedule, aligning resources to demand.
• Develop frontline leaders and coordinate maintenance priorities to reduce downtime.
• Improve plant performance through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, GMP, food safety, environmental and quality standards.
