Job summary

Nu Wealth is seeking a capable Part-time Bookkeeper to service three associated companies in Perth. The role covers day-to-day bookkeeping, BAS preparation, payroll processing and maintaining accurate records across multiple entities. The initial commitment is 10 hours per week, split into two 5-hour shifts with flexible days.

Experience with MYOB and Xero is essential. There is potential to increase hours as the business grows and expands its financial administration needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping and accounts.
• Strong knowledge of BAS and GST.
• Experience managing finances across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and accounting across three companies.
• Process BAS and payroll, including wages and super.
• Maintain day-to-day transactions and general ledger.
• Perform reconciliations and produce financial reports.
