Apiam Animal Health Limited is seeking a Practice Manager to unify operations across Ormeau Vet, Sanctuary Cove Vet and Hope Island Central Vet. You will partner with Clinical Leads, nurses, veterinarians and support teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a high-quality client/patient experience.

The role supports three growing clinics with flexible hours and a focus on systems, processes and local culture development.

Formación

• Veterinary nurse background or willingness to transition into administration/management.
• Experience in veterinary clinic coordination or practice management.
• Background in operations, administration or people management within a health or service setting.
• Customer service or business operations leadership with an interest in animal health.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day operations across three clinics.
• Rostering and workforce coordination across sites.
• Payroll, timesheets, leave and staff administration.
• Recruitment, onboarding and induction support.
• Foster team culture, engagement and effective communication.
• Manage clinic administration systems, reporting and data entry.
• Monitor clinic performance and business metrics.
