Ignite in Broadbeach, QLD is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join a fast-paced digital marketing team and support website content, reporting, and campaigns. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure content accuracy, on-brand delivery, and timely updates across brand websites.

The role offers exposure to SEO, website health initiatives, and automation projects while you develop digital expertise in a dynamic travel marketing environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in marketing or digital marketing.
• Experience updating and maintaining website content.
• QR code process management and reporting.
• Exposure to EDM creation and digital campaigns.
• Experience using GA4, Bitly, or similar reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow of web pages and travel packages across multiple brand websites, ensuring content is delivered on time and on brand
• Build, update, and publish website content, including selecting, resizing, and uploading engaging imagery
• Conduct regular website QA checks to ensure content accuracy, correct categorisation, functionality, and user experience
• Generate and manage QR codes and produce weekly performance reporting using Bitly and GA4
• Assist with reviewing website and campaign performance and support SEO and website health improvement initiatives
• Coordinate copy briefs for new resorts, cruise lines, and partner content as required
• Support EDM creation, campaigns, paid advertising activities, and ensure consistency across digital marketing channels
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
