Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Truck Driver required.
• Minimum current MR licence required.
• Ability to work with tradespeople and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Comply with truck driving rules and company policies.
• Maneuver trucks into loading/unloading positions.

Job description

Your Tasks

• Loading/unloading and delivery to customers
• Inspect vehicle and report any mechanical and safety issues
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Ensure cargo is safely secured throughout the trip

About You

• Proven work experience as a Truck Driver. Minimum current MR licence required.
• Working with the tradespeople
• Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws, particularly truck driving rules and regulations
• Inspecting the truck to prevent any safety issues
