Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking an experienced MR Truck Driver / Vacuum Truck Operator for an early-morning shift based in Laverton North, working with a leading Australian waste management and recycling company.

Expect Monday to Friday 3:00am (LR) or 4:00am (MR) starts, at $45.63 per hour plus superannuation, with overtime and weekend opportunities. You will operate MR/LR vacuum trucks, perform oil collection, safety checks, and deliver professional customer service on site.

Qualifications

• Hold a current MR Driver's Licence (essential).
• Have previous truck driving experience; vacuum truck experience highly regarded.
• Be physically fit and comfortable performing hands-on manual labour.
• Be reliable, punctual and available for early morning starts.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be self-motivated, safety-conscious and able to work independently.
• Have full Australian working rights and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Operate MR or LR vacuum trucks to collect used cooking oil from customer sites.
• Safely load, collect and transport used cooking oil.
• Perform physical labouring duties associated with oil collection.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and safety checks.
