Qualifications

• Hold a current MR Licence (essential).

Responsibilities

Synergie Australia is seeking experienced MR Truck Drivers / Vacuum Truck Operators for an early morning shift role based in Laverton North, working with a leading Australian waste management and recycling company. The role involves collecting used cooking oil from customer sites and requires someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work.

About the role:

Monday to Friday – 8-hour shifts

Early starts: 3:00am (LR Truck) or 4:00am (MR Truck)

$45.63 per hour plus OT and superannuation

Weekend work and overtime opportunities available

What you will be required to do:

Operate MR or LR vacuum trucks to collect used cooking oil from customer sites.

Safely load, collect and transport used cooking oil.

Perform physical labouring duties associated with oil collection.

Conduct daily vehicle inspections and safety checks.

Provide professional customer service while attending client sites.

Follow workplace health and safety procedures.

To be successful in the role you will:

Hold a current MR Driver's Licence (essential).

Have previous truck driving experience; vacuum truck experience highly regarded.

Be physically fit and comfortable performing hands-on manual labour.

Be reliable, punctual and available for early morning starts.

Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.

Be self-motivated, safety-conscious and able to work independently.

Have full Australian working rights and reliable transport.
