Job summary

Toll Recruit is seeking casual MR Truck Drivers for an Installer/Driver role in Brisbane, delivering and installing gas cylinders for residential and commercial customers. This ongoing opportunity offers potential transition to permanent full-time employment for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Current MR Licence (or higher)
• Ability to provide a recent driving history
• Police check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Safety compliance knowledge (CoR)
• Physically fit with manual handling ability

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver gas cylinders to customers across Brisbane
• Manually unload gas cylinders using hydraulic lift/tailgate and trolley
• Assist in preloading of trucks during busy periods
• Provide friendly, professional service and build customer relationships
• Ensure consignments are delivered safely and without damage
• Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections and complete compliance checks
• Install gas cylinders on-site following safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Current MR Licence (or higher)
• Ability to provide a recent driving history report
• Police check (or willingness to obtain one; company checks provided; recent checks may fast‑track application)
• Previous multi‑drop delivery experience highly regarded
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, including knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
