Job summary

Toll Group in Gold Coast region seeks an experienced HR Multi‑Drop Driver to partner with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. This casual day shift role covers Molendinar, Goldcoast with training provided on delivery routes and safety practices.

You will complete 30–35 daily drops, unload with a trolley, and perform safety checks while maintaining excellent customer service across local retailers.

Qualifications

• Current HR truck licence with 8–10 months driving experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-drop deliveries.
• Physically fit for repetitive manual handling.
• Ability to provide a recent driving history report.
• Strong customer service and professional presentation.
• Good numeracy and written communication for completing paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Complete 30-35 daily beverage deliveries across the Brisbane local area.
• Manually unload beverages using a trolley and maintain safe handling practices.
• Conduct daily pre-start vehicle safety checks.
• Unpack and re-wrap pallets as required.

Job description

Toll Recruit is seeking experienced HR Multi-Drop Drivers to work in partnership with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) based in Molendinar, Goldcoast.

This is a casual day shift opportunity, ideal for drivers who enjoy hands-on work, building customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Delivery route training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete multiple daily beverage deliveries (30-35 drops per day) across the Brisbane local area to customers stocking Coca-Cola products, such as supermarkets, convenience stores, pubs, clubs, cafés, restaurants, and takeaway stores, with occasional metro/CBD deliveries as required.
• Manually unload beverage products using a trolley while maintaining safe handling practices at all customer locations.
• Conduct daily pre-start vehicle safety checks.
• Unpack and re-wrap pallets as required.
• Comply with all road rules, transport regulations, and workplace safety requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Current HR Truck Licence (minimum 8-10 months driving experience preferred)
• Experience operating a tautliner truck highly regarded
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
• Ability to provide a recent driving history report
• Strong customer service skills and professional presentation
• Good numeracy and written communication skills for completing delivery paperwork and run sheets
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Recent police check advantageous (or willingness to obtain one)
