Job summary

Action Workforce Pty is seeking an MR Truck Driver for immediate placement during peak season in Sydney. Responsibilities include MR driving, delivering foodstuffs to hotels, cafes, aged care facilities, schools, and more across Sydney and surrounds.

You will lift up to 4kg manually, use a trolley, and be paired with a second driver for 1–2 weeks. The role is TEMP ongoing with a potential conversion after 6 months, working five days per week (Mon–Fri) with occasional Saturday shifts, starting

Qualifications

• MR Licence is essential with at least 1 year driving experience.
• Strong safety ethics and compliance with checks.

Responsibilities

• MR driving duties delivering to hotels, cafes/restaurants, aged care, schools and other sites in Sydney and surrounds.
• Manual lifting up to 4kg; use of trolley; buddy with another driver for 1–2 weeks; preloaded truck and unloading tasks.

Action Workforce has the following MR Truck Driver role available for immediate placement for peak season

Role: MR Truck Driver

Responsibilities: MR Driving, delivering foodstuffs throughout Sydney and surrounds, clients including hotels, cafes/restaurants, aged care, convenience stores, hospitality venues and schools. Manual lifting cartons upto 4kg, using trolley, charging truck overnight. The vehicle is preloaded and you simply head out on deliveries. Vehicles: Fuso/Hino, mostly Automatic. Upon commencement you will buddy with another driver for 1-2 weeks

Role Type: TEMP ongoing with possibility to convert after 6 months

Days: 5 Days MON/TUE/WED/THU/FRI Every week + Adhoc SAT

Hours: Start/Finish 6.00am to 2.00/3.00pm

Pay: Ordinary Time $38.65/hour, OT on weekend

Start: Immediate

Candidate Requirements:

• MR License essential, solid experience for 1 year minimum
• Strong safety experience and ethics
• Must have your own PPE (hard cap footwear/long sleeves/pants)
• Must have great attitude/people skills as deal with customers
• Successful completion of compliance; Ref Checks, 5 years Driving History, Functional Assessment and Criminal History Check
