Job summary

ASTAR Personnel in Prestons, NSW is hiring reliable MR Licence Truck Drivers for a hands-on delivery role across Sydney. You will drive an MR truck, load/unload freight, and service stores, restaurants, and homes with physical daily work.

Start times around 5:00–6:00am; typical shifts are 8–12 hours. There is an opportunity for a 4- or 5-day week. You must be fit, dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current MR licence.
• Delivery/truck driving experience preferred.
• Physically fit for manual handling and demanding work.
• Good knowledge of Sydney roads.

Responsibilities

• Drive an MR truck and complete deliveries across Sydney.
• Load and unload pallets, cartons and hand-loaded freight.
• Regular manual handling and physical work.
• Deliveries to stores and businesses.
• Deliveries to houses and residential locations.
• Deliveries to restaurants, cafés, bars and clubs.
• Work across a variety of delivery locations.
• Shift start times generally between 5:00am and 6:00am.
