Job summary

Omni Group is seeking a reliable MR Truck Driver / Warehouse Operator for our Epping VIC DC. The role blends local deliveries with hands‑on warehouse tasks, requiring safe driving, accurate handling, and a customer‑focused approach.

You will operate MR trucks, perform pre/post-trip checks, handle storage tasks, and maintain documentation. A safety‑minded, dependable team player will fit well in our growing, Australian‑owned business.

Qualifications

• Minimum MR Truck Licence is required.
• Current Forklift Licence (LF) is required.
• Strong safety mindset and responsible driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods safely to Melbourne metro customers using MR trucks.
• Plan efficient delivery routes and ensure loads are secured.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch in the warehouse.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Follow WHS policies and maintain delivery records and documentation.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for the safe, timely delivery of goods to our Melbourne metro customers, as well as supporting day to day operations at our Epping VIC Distribution Centre. This role suits someone organised, dependable, and equally comfortable working solo on the road or as part of a warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliveries

• Safely operate HR trucks for local Melbourne metro deliveries

• Plan efficient delivery routes and secure loads correctly

• Provide professional, customer-focused service on every drop

Warehouse Operations

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch

Vehicle & Equipment

• Complete daily pre-start and post-trip vehicle checks

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely

• Report maintenance issues promptly and keep vehicles clean and roadworthy

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all WHS policies and procedures

• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation

• Identify and report hazards to help keep the workplace safe

About You

• Minimum HR Truck Licence

• Current Forklift Licence (LF)

• Strong commitment to safety and responsible driving

• Experience in warehouse operations and/or delivery driving

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Ability to perform manual handling tasks
