Job summary

seek.com.au packaging business in Melbourne's north is seeking a qualified Delivery Driver to join the team. You will deliver goods to customers and perform warehouse duties when not on the road.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, refuelling, forklift operation, unloading containers, picking/packing orders, and assisting the Warehouse Supervisor. A valid HR licence and knowledge of Melbourne metro are required.

The Role

You will primarily be responsible for delivering goods to customers but will also carry out warehouse duties when not on the road.

Delivering goods to customers via HR truck and van.

Loading and unloading goods from vehicles.

Refuelling vehicles as required.

Operating a forklift to transport and load/unload goods.

Unloading goods from containers.

Picking and packaging orders for despatch.

Assisting the Warehouse Supervisor as required.

You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism as well as a strong commitment to Workplace Health and Safety by ensuring vehicles, equipment and work areas are kept safe, clean and orderly.
