Job summary

Reece Group in Wangara is seeking an MR Driver to support our Trade Counter team with delivery, stock control and customer service. You’ll help engineers, project managers and tradespeople access the products they need for major projects.

As well as delivering parts by company vehicle, you’ll pick, pack and maintain stock on the shop floor, keep the branch tidy and safe, and share product knowledge with customers in person and over the phone. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Holds a Medium Rigid (MR) Licence (essential).
• Experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service.
• Able to pick orders and maintain shop floor displays.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems.
• Valid driver’s licence and willing to work varied shifts including weekends.

About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Wangara, you’ll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to undertake major projects, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

A typical day involves:

• Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
• Providing customer service and information about products

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Holds a Medium Rigid (MR) Licence (essential)
• Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Is tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new systems
• Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
