Job summary

Star Track Express PL in Minchinbury is seeking experienced MR Truck Drivers for our bulk delivery operation. This full-time, permanent role involves multi-drop deliveries and ensuring freight is transported safely and efficiently across a metropolitan run.

You will hold a current MR licence, operate manual vehicles, and deliver excellent service to the local community. The advertised hourly rate is $39.34 plus 13% superannuation, with overtime and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hold a current MR licence with manual driving experience.
• Physically fit with ability to lift and handle freight.
• Strong safety mindset and understanding of Chain of Responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Complete 10–12 deliveries per day and afternoon pickups.
• Safely operate a manual MR vehicle according to safety requirements.
• Perform daily pre-start checks and inspections.
• Load, unload and manually handle freight as required.
• Scan freight with handheld devices to record movements.
• Maintain secure custody of consignments during transport.
• Complete dispatch, delivery and transport documentation.
• Meet delivery schedules and deadlines.
• Adhere to road safety and CoR requirements.
• Ensure loads are secured within weight/dimension limits.
