Job summary

WorkPac is seeking a Civil Labourer / Moxy Operator in Yandina, Queensland. You will operate a Moxy on civil subdivision sites and perform labouring tasks when not operating, Monday to Friday, starting at 6:30am for 8–10 hour days.

Ideal candidates hold a Moxy ticket with previous site experience, a roller ticket is desirable, plus a valid White Card and a current driver’s licence with reliable transport. This is a long-term, consistent assignment with travel allowance.

Qualifications

• Moxy ticket and civil construction experience required.
• Valid driver licence and reliable transport.
• White Card required.
• Physically fit as the work is labour intensive.

Responsibilities

• Operate Moxy on civil subdivision site.
• Labour when not operating: trenching, backfilling, gravels, curb & channel works, grade checking, line stringing, and spotting machinery.
• Assist on site with manual handling duties.

Our client is a leading, family-owned civil construction contractor delivering large-scale infrastructure and development projects across Queensland and New South Wales. With decades of industry experience, the company specialises in building residential communities, commercial and industrial subdivisions.

What You Will Be Doing

Our client is seeking a Civil Labourer / Moxy Operator to join their team in Yandina in a long-term role. The successful applicant will be required to work Monday-Friday, starting at 6:30am working 8-10hr days. This hands-on role suits someone who has experience working in civil construction environments.

In this position you will be:

• Operating Moxy on civil Subdivision site
• Labouring when not operating including but not limited to:
  • Trenching & backfilling
  • Completing gravels
  • Curb & channel works
  • Reading levels, stringing lines, grade checking
  • Spotting machinery
• Assisting on site with manual handling duties

What You Will Need

• Drivers Licence & reliable transport
• Moxy ticket & previous experience
• Roller ticket & previous experience (highly desirable)
• White Card
• Physically fit as the work will be labour intensive
