Job summary

SAG Workforce, in partnership with Final Form Group, seeks experienced Moxy Operators for a major civil construction project on the Gold Coast. You will operate Moxy trucks, support earthworks, and work within a safety-focused team to deliver foundation and civil construction outcomes.

Join a Gold Coast-based project with ongoing, consistent work, daily pre-start checks, and strong collaboration with supervisors and ground crews.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience operating Moxy trucks or articulated haul trucks.
• Construction White Card or equivalent safety training.
• Current valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Strong knowledge of plant safety and daily inspection requirements.

• Operating articulated dump trucks safely and efficiently
• Transporting soil, rock and other materials across the project
• Supporting clearing and grubbing and bulk earthworks operations
• Completing daily pre-start checks and reporting plant defects
• Working closely with supervisors, operators and ground crews

• Following all project safety, environmental and quality requirements
• Assisting with other site duties when required

SAG Workforce is recruiting in partnership with Final Form Group (FFG) for multiple experienced Moxy Operators to join an upcoming civil construction project on the Gold Coast.

The project will involve clearing and grubbing, bulk earthworks, civil construction and foundation works. Successful operators will work with new Moxy machines as part of an experienced and safety-focused project team.

About the Roles
You will be responsible for:

• Operating articulated dump trucks safely and efficiently
• Transporting soil, rock and other materials across the project
• Supporting clearing and grubbing and bulk earthworks operations

What We Are Looking For
To be considered, you will ideally have:

• Demonstrated experience operating Moxy trucks or articulated haul trucks
• Relevant plant operating competency or VOC
• Construction White Card
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Strong knowledge of plant safety and daily inspection requirements
• Experience working on bulk earthworks or civil construction projects
• The ability to work safely and productively within a team
• Reliability, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• The ability to complete required pre-employment and site onboarding processes

Multi-skilled operators will be highly regarded, particularly those with experience operating excavators, dozers, loaders, rollers, compactors, water carts or other civil construction plant.
