Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking a hands-on grounds person in Victoria to maintain lawns and green spaces to a high standard. A solid background in landscaping or garden maintenance is essential, and you will operate Zero Turn Mowers, brush cutters and other power equipment on client sites.

You will hold a Police Check and Working with Children’s Check (or be willing to obtain), and a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred).

Qualifications

• Solid background in landscaping or garden maintenance.
• Experience operating Zero Turn Mowers, brush cutters and small power equipment.
• Must have a Police Check and Working with Children’s Check (or willing to obtain).
• Valid Driver’s licence (Manual preferred).

Responsibilities

• Using push and ride-on mowers at client sites.
• Ensure lawns and green spaces are mowed to a high standard.
• Routinely inspect and maintain mowing equipment.
• Assisting with other groundskeeping tasks when needed.
• Identifying and reporting areas for improvement or issues.
