Peter Stevens Harley-Heaven Tempe is seeking a dedicated Motorcycle Technician to join our busy Service Department. You'll service, diagnose and repair motorcycles while contributing to an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced workshop.

As part of one of Australia’s most recognised motorcycle dealership groups, you will work with Harley-Davidson, participate in ongoing manufacturer and technical training, and collaborate with Service Advisors and Workshop teams to deliver outstanding

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or equivalent in motorcycle technician.
• Current motorcycle licence.
• Experience servicing and repairing motorcycles in a workshop.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
• Commitment to workplace safety and high workmanship standards.
• Own trade tools relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, maintenance and repairs on motorcycles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and complete repairs.
• Carry out accessory installations and customization work.
• Record repair orders and workshop documentation accurately.
• Conduct quality checks and road tests where required.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors, Parts and Workshop teams to deliver outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, maintenance and repairs on motorcycles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Carry out accessory installations and customisation work.
• Complete work in accordance with manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Accurately record repair orders, job notes and workshop documentation.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

• A recognised Motorcycle Technician trade qualification or equivalent.
• A current Motorcycle Licence.
• Experience servicing and repairing motorcycles in a workshop environment.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
• The ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Your own trade tools relevant to the role.
