Morgan & Wacker Harley-Davidson Sydney is seeking a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join our Service Department. You will perform servicing, diagnostics, repairs and accessory fitments on Harley-Davidson motorcycles while upholding our quality workmanship and dealer standards.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will work with a professional workshop team focused on safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction, applying manufacturer procedures and delivering accurate repair orders and updates

Qualifications

• Motorcycle Technician trade qualification or equivalent.
• A current Motorcycle Licence.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
• Complete accessory installations and customisation work.
• Diagnose faults and determine effective repair solutions.
• Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer specifications and dealership quality standards.
• Accurately complete repair orders, inspection reports and workshop documentation.
• Communicate parts requirements and repair updates to minimise delays.
• Conduct final quality checks and operational testing where required.
• Maintain workshop tools, equipment and work areas in a safe and organised condition.
• Support a positive safety culture and comply with all company and workplace health and safety requirements.

Morgan & Wacker Harley-Davidson Sydney is looking for a skilled and motivated Motorcycle Technician to join our Service Department. This is an opportunity to work with one of the world's most iconic motorcycle brands, carrying out servicing, diagnostics, repairs and accessory fitments while delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers.

About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and repairing customer and dealership motorcycles to manufacturer and dealership standards. You'll be part of a professional workshop team focused on quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
• Complete accessory installations and customisation work.
• Diagnose faults and determine effective repair solutions.
