Job summary

Moto1 Motorcycles on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a qualified Motorcycle Mechanic to join our workshop. You'll work on a wide range of bikes, from new model pre-delivery to race-ready performance setups.

Responsibilities include assembling, servicing, and repairing motorcycles; performing mechanical and electrical diagnostics; suspension servicing and tuning (MPE); test rides; and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while upholding WH&S standards.

Qualifications

• Experience on a race team is advantageous.
• Suspension knowledge and race-ready experience are highly regarded.
• Product knowledge of KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas, Stark, and Honda motorcycles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assembling, servicing, and repairing motorcycles.
• Performing mechanical and electrical diagnostics, inspections, and adjustments.
• Carrying out suspension servicing, setup, and performance tuning (MPE).
• Completing service test rides and preparing bikes for customer handover.
• Upholding workshop WH&S standards and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.
• Participating in manufacturer and specialist suspension training.
