Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a Motorcycle Delivery Driver for the Batemans Bay area. You will start each day at the Batemans Delivery Centre, perform safety checks, and deliver mail and small parcels to homes and businesses with care and reliability.

You will be supported by Rider Mentors, with opportunities to grow into senior delivery or mentoring roles while joining a diverse, safety-focused team that values your wellbeing and development.

Qualifications

• Hold a full or probationary motorcycle licence.
• Pass required riding assessments and meet safety standards (100 Kg max).
• Flexible to work additional hours.
• Reliable and detail-focused, handling mail and parcels up to 16kg.
• Willing to grow into senior delivery or mentoring roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mail and small parcels to homes and businesses.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and load deliveries with care.
• Carry out reliable deliveries with safety and consistency.
• Work as part of a Rider Mentors-supported team to build confidence and skills.
