Job summary

Yamaha City is seeking a Pre-delivery Tech to join a fun, dynamic service team. The role focuses on assembling and building motorcycles, dirt bikes and scooters, installing mechanical and electrical components, and moving vehicles per schedule.

Training is provided to develop skills with Yamaha factory programs. Candidates should have a genuine passion for motorcycles, be self-motivated, hardworking, and a team player with a current Victorian motorcycle and driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Interest in motorcycles and mechanical aptitude.
• Current Victorian Motorcycle and Drivers licence.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• On job training and Yamaha factory training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build motorcycles, dirt bikes and scooters.
• Install mechanical and electrical components and accessories.
• Move and store vehicles within and outside the premises per schedule.
• Manage fuel storage levels for all new units.

As a Pre delivery Tech your main role will be

• Assembling and Building new Motorcycles, Dirt bikes and Scooters
• Install mechanical and electrical components and accessories
• Move and store vehicles within and outside the premises in accordance with planned schedules and activities
• Manage Fuel storage levels in the dealership for all new units
• Operate a walkie stacker in a safe manner
