Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Australia Plains, Australia, is seeking an Electric Motor Winder – Electrical Engineering Technician. You will wind and rewind motors from 0.75 kW to 1,000 HP, disassemble and repair rotating equipment, and record winding data in a well-equipped workshop.

The role reports to the Workshop Manager and offers progression to manage your own workload after training. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with electric motor winding and rewinding (AC/DC).
• Experience in electrical fitting or motor repair/rotating equipment.
• Ability to record winding data and interpret specifications.
• Strong English communication and strict adherence to specs and safety.

Responsibilities

• Winding and rewinding of low-voltage AC and DC motors and alternators.
• Disassemble, diagnose faults, and repair rotating electrical equipment.
• Test, document winding data and service results to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe workshop and work independently after training.
