Your duties include preparing panels, priming and sanding, colour matching, and applying paints to tight deadlines while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Motor Vehicle Spray Painter.
• Strong technical skills in automotive spray painting, including paints, primers and application techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to the business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint vehicle panels, bumpers and components to the highest standards.
• Strip, sand, and prime surfaces prior to application of paint finishes.
• Mix paint colours to achieve precise colour matching.
• Ensure all work meets industry regulations and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with clients throughout the repair process.
