Job summary

Skilled Jobs Australia seeks an experienced Motor Mechanic to service and repair heavy and light vehicles at our Hillston NSW workshop. You will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and component replacements to ensure reliability and safety across a range of brands.

The role requires at least 3 years in a similar role, an AQF Certificate III or equivalent, and a strong eye for detail with solid teamwork and communication skills. OHS compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• AQF Certificate III or equivalent in automotive trades.
• At least 3 years of full-time experience in a mechanical role.
• Ability to work in a team and meet targets.
• Good eye for detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to comply with OHS policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair both heavy and light vehicles.
• Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Replace worn parts and components as needed.
• Dismantle and reassemble engines and transmissions.
• Adhere to OHS policies and procedures during all tasks.
