Job summary

Grand Motors in Southport, QLD is seeking an experienced Motor Mechanic to join our workshop on a full-time basis. You will perform repairs and scheduled maintenance across all makes and models, read repair orders, and ensure work is completed within allocated times.

Strong diagnostic skills and clear communication with the team are essential. The ideal candidate holds a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent, and has at least three years' experience in a busy

Job Description

Grand Motors is currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Motor Mechanic to join their team in Southport QLD. The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

• Extensive experience in repairs and maintenance in line with the manufacturers' requirements for all make and models
• The ability to perform scheduled maintenance servicing
• The capacity to service and repair vehicles as per the repair order with the allocated time
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Strong diagnostics capabilities

Skills & Abilities:

• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
• Ideally have a minimum of three years' experience as a qualified Light Vehicle Technician
• A strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
• The ability to work in a team environment
