Job summary

Skilled Jobs Australia is seeking a full-time Motor Mechanic for a well-established Tyre and Mechanical business in Western Australia. The role covers all aspects of automobile technology and requires formal automotive qualifications and hands-on experience in diagnostics, service, and repair.

You must hold an AQF Certificate III in automobile trade (or equivalent) with at least two years of similar experience; three years may substitute for formal qualifications.

Qualifications

• Hold AQF Certificate III in automobile trade or equivalent including at least two years of similar occupation experience.
• Experience with wheel alignment and fitting would be highly regarded.
• At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
• Ability to work unsupervised and following brand specifications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work proactively as part of a team.
• Proven experience in service, maintenance and repair engines and mechanical parts.
• Disassemble and reassemble engine parts after repair.
• Sound experience in fault finding and fast breakdown response.
• Hydraulics/Pneumatic experience will be highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble engine components as part of repair workflow.
• Work to brand specifications and maintain workshop standards.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient service delivery.

Our Client, a well established Tyre and Mechanical business who provides high quality products to their clients. Currently they are looking for a full time skilled and experienced Motor Mechanics
to join their dynamic team.

You must have experience working in automotive industry, involve with all aspects of automobile technology with formal qualification in automotive field. The workshop is clean and tidy with excellent facilities.

To secure this position it is essential that you;

• Hold AQF Certificate III in automobile trade or equivalent including at least two years of similar occupation experience.

Excellent salary package + Super (Between $73,150 to $ 80,000.00)plus superannuation Fulltime position.
