Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance on forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Service and repair engines, transmissions, steering, braking, and suspension systems of forklifts.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults of forklift systems and components.
• Test equipment after repairs to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Ensure all forklifts meet quality repair standards.
• Complete work orders, maintenance records, and service reports accurately.
• Access and record spare parts for jobs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop and work area.
• Comply with WHS policies and environmental regulations.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance on forklifts and material handling equipment.


• Servicing and repairing the engines, transmissions, steering, braking, and suspension systems of the forklifts


• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults of forklift systems and components


• Test equipment after repairs to ensure safe and reliable operation.
