Royal Automobile Club of WA Inc. is seeking a focused Motor Claims Specialist in West Perth. You will manage a caseload of motor claims, negotiate liability, and deliver exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor claims settlements or handling.
• Strong understanding of motor vehicle liability principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of motor claims to maximise outcomes.
• Negotiate liability with other insurers and third parties.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Monitor settlement performance and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Ensure all claims are handled in line with RAC Insurance policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Deliver service that consistently exceeds member expectations.
