• Franchised Dealer Experience is desirable.

MOT Tester – Northampton - Basic Salary - £30,000 - £31,000 OTE - £38,000 Overtime for Saturday Main Dealer.

Our client, a Prestige Brand Franchised Dealership in Northampton have the requirement for an experienced MOT Tester to join their established team.

Responsibilities

• Safeguarding and protecting the customer’s vehicle and its contents whilst in your care
• Effectively utilise the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area
• Contribute to the success of the Workshop Team by Maintaining the highest standards of work at all times
• Being integral in maintaining the onside standards and presentation of the Site, including your immediate working area
• Ensure that all work is completed safely and complies with guidelines
• Maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner
• Happy to change tyres, shocks and brake Pads when quiet

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• Active MOT Testing licence
• 2 years MOT Testing Experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Full UK Driving LicenceAble to change tyres & Brakes pads

Desirable Requirements:

• Franchised Dealer Experience
• Level 3 Qualification or Equivalent
• Manufacturer Accreditations

Remuneration & Benefits

Basic Salary of £30,000 - £31,000 DOE On Target Earnings up to £38,000 + Saturday overtime Great Benefits Package

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm
• Saturdays (1 in 3) 8.30am – 1pm
