Just Got Finance is seeking a broker to build their own success story under an established banner. The role is office-based in Sandgate, Brisbane (not remote) with direct mentoring by our Founder and Principal Broker.

This is a genuine opportunity to grow a career and client base with real support and an unlimited income cap. You’ll bring in business, work across residential, commercial, SMSF, and complex lending structures, and specialise within lending offerings while building your own client

We're looking for a broker ready to build their own success story under an established banner. Flexible office based role in Sandgate, Brisbane (not remote).

If required you’ll be mentored directly by our Founder and Principal Broker, Jazmin Griffin, who brings 19+ years in the finance industry, backed by a support team already in place. This isn't a "sink or swim" desk. It's a genuine opportunity to grow a career and a client base with real support behind you and unlimited income cap.

Key responsibilities

About you

A broker already in the industry or ideally someone with a finance or banking background

Someone in sales with a strong customer service focus

Genuine drive to bring in business and grow your own network

A team player who thrives with support in a team environment

A desire for mentorship, structure, and a long-term career in the industry

Friendly, personable, and a genuine team player

Comfortable with basic systems such as Word, email, and OneNote
