Altus Financial Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Lending Adviser / Mortgage Broker to join the in-house Lending team. You will manage clients from discovery through settlement and beyond, provide strategic credit advice and build long-term relationships.

You will work closely with our accounting and wealth teams to deliver integrated advice, assess borrowing capacity, and stay current on lender policies and regulatory obligations. Permanent residents or citizens only.

Formación

• Three years’ mortgage broking experience, including complex deals.
• Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking or equivalent.
• Current industry accreditation or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication and client service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end lending journey from discovery to settlement.
• Assess clients' financial positions, borrowing capacity and needs.
• Prepare loan submissions and liaise with lenders.
• Maintain timely communication with clients and conveyancers.
• Develop referral opportunities with Altus accounting and wealth advisers.
• Stay current on lender policies, products and regulatory obligations.
