Montessori Academy seeks passionate Certificate III and Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educators and Room Leaders to join our growing North Shore & Ryde network.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• Sound understanding of the NQF, NQS and EYLF.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively as part of a passionate team to provide high-quality education and care.
• Build positive, nurturing relationships with children and families.
• Support the planning and implementation of EYLF-aligned educational programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and child safety practices.
• Complete observations and contribute to children’s learning documentation.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding learning and wellbeing.
• Support Montessori principles throughout daily practice.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
• For Room Leaders, provide guidance and support to educators within your room.
