Montessori Academy Pty Ltd in Randwick seeks Certificate III and Diploma qualified Room Assistants and Room Leaders to join our growing network. You will contribute to high-quality education and care for children under six, applying Montessori principles and EYLF guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• Solid understanding of EYLF and NQF standards.

Responsabilités

• Work collaboratively as part of a passionate team to provide high-quality education and care.
• Build positive, nurturing relationships with children and families.
• Support planning and implementation of engaging programs aligned with EYLF.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, service policies and child safety practices.
• Complete observations and contribute to children's learning documentation.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding children's learning and wellbeing.
• Support Montessori principles in daily practice.
